I expect market for new homes to continue rebounding, and I think LEN is well equipped and well positioned to cash in on that trend. It's also able, I believe, to handle challenges from major competitors. In short, it should be more than able to hold its own against any competitive threat, and all told, that should translate into profits for anyone who seizes this investment opportunity.

A reasonably priced builder coming off a triple bottom? I think it's worth a flyer.

I think Lennar is well-positioned for the coming housing boom. They'll do well for a couple of years as people move to newer homes as confidence improves.

Real estate has already bottomed and coming back strong. Because of slow building since 2007, there is build up demand for new construction. New construction will benefit dramatically as consumers sense real estate is on the rise.
