great fundamentals, it won't get left out of the next time people buy phones or tablets or other e-gadjets. It might be a while, but at 10 PE it seems I can wait.

The slowing economy has already started to affect this cyclical company. It's 3 segments will face increasing pressure and sales declines because of that. Distribution channels are already over stuffed with invetory due to their overly positive push for the channel.

I don't see this clearing anytime soon and thus it's growth prospects will have to pull back.

Can't stop the good companies. Read some articles about the cyclical semi conductor business and how inventories are building again so demand should taper off. I don't believe it will taper off until 2 quarters from now just because hardware is at such a discounted price now it would be insane for large business and government orgs not to upgrade. Look for $40+ this year
