LLL is trading near 52 week lows, $90.87/share (90.11 - 115.33) with solid value metrics (P/E 14.6, P/S .79, P/B 1.88). LLL pays a modest 1.3% dividend on a very reasonable 17% payout ratio.

Since I have been employed by L-3, the stock has split twice, most recent in 2002. The company continues to be awarded contracts not only from the U.S. Government, but from Foriegn Governments as well.
