paying a 26% div while losing about as much per share as they are worth sounds like shorting material to me.

Good solid company that has been beaten down by the housing market. When things improve this stock will fly. Long term.

P/E is low, decent compared to 52 week high, P/B is low, we have to start building again soon, I think LP is in position to give us a ride.
