I've been watching (LTC PROP)for over 15 years . The dividends are above Bank interest by 2% and they pay out every month. They were in trouble once and came out of it in good time and are at the top of there game.

No debt, aging population, monthly dividends, might as well be a shareholder before eventually being a customer.....

Near 52 week low. Invests in and rents long-term care facilities to operators. An increasingly senior population should make for increasing need for these facilities.

Low multiple and high dividends make this an attractive stock. While interest rates are high, real estate prices are low. This should give them the opportunity to purchase some more properties and continue steady growth. A growing asset to liability ratio is also a positive sign.

Sr living will remain hot despite as boomers age and real estate costs will go down adding to the significant margin of this business.
