While I haven't researched this company in any great detail, I like just about everything I've seen so far. This company has been growing quite nicely of late, especially in the oil field products segment though the power transmission segment has been contributing to that growth as well. The growth in these segments have been somewhat offset by a small decline in the trailer segment, but overall growth has been quite robust.

Revenues grew by 28% quarter over quarter according to the most recent 10-Q, and 9 mos. over 9 mos. revenue growth clocked in at 27%. The company seems to be doing an excellent job of leveraging this top line growth as diluted EPS grew by 51% quarter over quarter, and by 66% for 9 mos. over 9 mos.

Other things to like about this company include an increasing dividend, zero debt, and the fact that operating cash flow is also increasing.

Based on analyst estimates of earnings of $5.16 per share over the next year and my buy-in price of $58.00 I caclulate a forward P/E of just over 11. I find that valuation metric quite appealing given all of the positives listed above.

Admittedly, I haven't spent a great deal of time researching this company, its business model, its postition relative to its competitors, trends in the overall market(s) in which it operates, etc. - all of the stuff I love to do when putting real money on the line. For a CAPS pick, however, what I'm seeing here is more than enough for me to jump into the fray and call OUTPERFORM!
