yoga is just breaking the ice into the international world. In places of high stress and work like Asia and the U.S., yoga is going to be a major player among the wealthy for coping. you will have lots of women who are either big money makers themselves or married to big moneymakers who are going to want to want to be part of this trend, and lulu has a head start. the clothing fits snug and makes even the most shapeless body have curves. its not only comfortable, but its vain too.

Lulu has a great little cult following and is growing like crazy. Their stuff is very in right now and growing. I asked some of the people i work with and many of them have daughters that die over this stuff. Its hot and I am on the bandwagon. Wow how did I miss this monsters IPO !!!!! I have been following the company for a few years waiting for them to go public but I completly missed the news of the IPO !!! I am so upset !!!!! I did get 500 shares but will get a few thousand more when its drops down a little.The p/e is a lil high with alot of hype factored into the stock but its well warranted.
This is a great company in its infancy, they were sheltered in Canada for a few years and have developed mass word of mouth and great branding. They have veered from primarily yoga wear to active lifestyle mens and woman wear.
This year they are on slated to open 25 new stores with the majority cracking into the states market and are slated for 35 next year. Expect gmore global growth and even more aggressive expansion. They are starting to make more profit percentage and are streamlining every aspect of their bizz for maximum growth and profits.
LULU is coming harder than a MAC TRUCK and investors will be along for the ride especially once the number of stores are doubled in the next 2 years. So its easy to say that a long term hold is in order and i wouldnt be surpised if we triple the stock price in the next couple years.

My girlfriend and her friends shop exclusively at Lulu for their workout attire. I've also been pleased to seen their products promoted heavily in the Equinox gyms around NYC. I think the future looks bright for this company.

Most comfortable pants ever...Nike can't hang, but they'll try. LULU's got a grasp on Yoga wear...I've watched yoga styles for 3 years, and this one ain't fading anytime soon. The wife and all her friends have been all about it, and Nintendo is releasing a Yoga game (along with a balance board) for the Wii. Skyhigh multiple, it appears to be a high risk momentum play.
The wife just got some yoga clothes recently that were made out of bamboo and seaweed and it appears that most of this lulu stuff is nylon, so I don’t know if that makes any difference (whether the yoga peeps are gonna demand “green” fabrics) but I’d rather buy into a natural fabric clothes maker. Its on watch for now.

Brick and Mortor is going to cost.
Commercial Retail space is at an all time High in Canada. Going out of the Franchise business means spending just as much money on Management in the coming years as the growth spurts will mean added "Middle/Regional Mngmt" in order to keep the ship right.
Then we have "trend fashion".
Women are a great market no doubt. Fickle maybe? Yoga a trend?
These things play into the fact that you will have a Nike or Adidas knock-off being marketed at another Niche level demographic market. (ie Teen Girls or College age)
Last thing. I have a GF that wears this stuff like nobodies business. Yes her A$$ looks amazing. But this time 2 years ago it was all about BENCH Clothing and her friends all bought that up.
Ralph Lauren has been doing this for a long long time. Retail outlets and a Niche Market with simple clothing....

Designs are perfect. Should feel like the first time you stepped into a pair of Crocs but much more attractive.

Fantastic company w/ a superior product. What else can you ask for in a new stock. Lulu has veteran leadership at the top to go w/ well-run stores and fantastic employees. This brand is a life-style, you have to go into the store to experience it yourself. $1400/sq. ft. can't be beat either for a company w/ a lot of expansion to go over the next couple years. This company has lots of good times ahead of them.
