The time to buy this stock was definately back in March but there is still some upside to this stock! As the economy comes back around the casinos will crush there estimates because there prices have been heavily hit. These stocks should not have been as low as they were in March, and I easily see this stock in the $20 dollar range in the coming months.

For everyone that has been dragging down this stock, good job. Vegas isn't going away, over time it will only get bigger and better. I don't think this is the greatest stock in the world, but I am willing to bet over the past couple of months it has become one of the best values. I have sat back and been very silent and lucky for me I was right. My portfolio is looking very good right now with my picks in LVS and MGM. Sure it is a gamble, but isn't that what Vegas was built on?

LVS assets are high quality and located in the world's best and most opportunistic gaming markets. The slump in gaming and the risk of violating debt covenants has built a huge, risk discount into the stock price. As gaming recovers, as it is already beginning to do in Macau, investors will increasingly focus on the positives and the company's low cost of leverage relative to the industry will amplify return on equity going forward.

The Sands seems to have a Chinese investor who is acting as their guardian angel which leads me to believe that capital needed to survive is not going to be as much of a concern as some of the other Vegas Properties. If you then assume that they have the capital to weather the storm the next question becomes do you think Vegas as a destination will recover as the economy does? Consider the low cost of Airfare to and from Vegas, and the cost of hotels in the city I would imagine it will be among the first vacation cities to recover, and as tourist return revenues should increase.

vegas is not going anywhere. As soon as people have money in their pockets again, it will be burning a hole right through it and I will be there to catch it. It will be volatile for a little but longer but in the long run, how could you not pick up some shares for this price.

The professionalism of the operations
at Venetian and Palazzo is outstanding. The Las Vegas Sands Corp.'s chairman and chief executive, Sheldon Adelson is no idiot if things pan out with the Macau deal this stock will fly. At this price it's worth the gamble.

When economy turns, as it always does, people will return to Las Vegas to vacation and party. This will push up oversold casino stocks.

This is the premium pick of the casino stocks. It has great ownership and they are still expanding in a down market. They still own a 93% occupancy rate in the current economic environment which means they have had to reduce room rates far less than others. This stock could grow to over $100 share within 5 years.

You can't beat the house, and there are too many sin-city addicts around the world. Vegas is tough, but LVS has cut costs, their debt is still "down the road" and the new Beth and Asian operations will more than offset as the economy recovers.
