PC Mall, Inc. (MALL)

I hate admitting this but, PCMalls been riding on a wave that will soon be going bankrupt. The unregulated management and leniency towards fraud has led to lawsuits that are causing the companies own financial system to collaps within itself.

Another problem is that with all the lawsuites filed against them PCMall is no longer capable of maintaining inventory which in turn has kept people from buying merchandise through them. In our, want-it-now society, people aren't accepting the concept of "backorder" anymore. Added to that, a warehouse that's costing PCMall hundreds of thousands of dollars to lease per month is being left empty.

PCMALL's purchase of SARCOM couldn't have come at a worse time and it shows. With management problems already running rampant in their own HQ, now they find themselves trying to resolve the issues of a company that too was on the brink of self destruction.

PCMall has been a great investment for me in the past, but let this be a warning, the company is going to crash and you don't want to be anywhere near it when it does. You've been warned.

As long as Apple is doing well, so will Mall!!!
