Marriott is a good name brand however its customers are getting older there falling out of touch with the younger generation!!!! there "high quality" properties are not very competitive! this is going to be along gradual slide until someone buys them out.

sector is not good and will underperform sector because of debt. Missing earnings likely this quarter.
