Marriott knows it's customers well. Improved & upgraded room amenities; diversity in their various hotel chains addressing short-term to long-term stay needs; a dynamite "Points" program; and excellence in their time share properties make Marriott International quite an attractive company. As a frequent consumer of their "product" the flexibility offered by their ownership and points programs coupled with their focus on their customer keeps me coming back for more....and buying their stock.

Marriott is a great long term investment. Their brands cover every market segment from "economy" to "luxury". They are expanding their properties both in the U.S. and abroad. MAR is very well run.

This company is setting the pace for all of it's competors. Travelers are expecting the level of service and the ammenties that they receive at Marriott properties. The rewards program keeps them coming back.

Absolutely the best managed company in the lodging industry. Fully focused on their targets. A powerhouse company that has out-smarted all of its' competitors.
