I have seen MBT go from $70 a share to $91 a share in the short. I think this is a stock that will continue to make those turns. I don't see a long-term hold for this in my portfolio.

A risky buy, if you're familiar with the way business has been done in Russia in the past, but has great potential, and a lot of room to grow. Low P/E and good financial strength.
