Showed up on a screen for solid 5 year growth with low debt, cash on hand and still at attractive P/E ratios.

A risky buy, if you're familiar with the way business has been done in Russia in the past, but has great potential, and a lot of room to grow. Low P/E and good financial strength.

I have family in the CIS, where MBT operates. I have been there multiple times over the last 5 years. I can tell you two things:

1) MBT dominates over all over services in advertising, brand(s), and usage.

2) Russian-speaking people LOVE TO TALK and I mean love to talk. They shout into their phones all the time and this is never going to stop. There is plenty more room for development beyond the current model as incomes increase.

Buy Russian mobile stocks, even if not MBT. But MBT is definitely the leader and the market cap relative to the nearest competitor is quite low.

Largest cellphone provider in Russia. Stock is cheap. Expect it to go back to $70.

alot of things are not going to keep working in this declining market; one of the things people will not give up are cellphones. Period.

Seems to have been unfairly penalized by the Russian market in general.

MBT has a solid foundation in this market. This will be coming back to normal.

Other than the recession, there is no reason for the low multiple on this stock. While the recession could be a good reason, I don't believe people will simply stop using their cell phones, even in MBT's service area. Growth might slow until things get back to normal, but I believe the government support will get people looking for stocks to buy early next year. This one should be on the short list of a lot of people at this low multiple.

Nice fundamentals, and a recent price drop due to Putin's slamming of MTL. This is just a points play for me, I have no real money on the table with this one. Short term momentum is downwards so this pick will probably be in the red for a little while, but I do like to catch a falling knife... they do sometimes bounce real high afterwards. If this stock interests you, check out VIP, which I may also pick shortly for the same reasons.

Cramer SAIS SELL SELL SELL, the whole cell phone industry since cell phones aren't a necessary item in todays economic climate.

Who makes more money, the guy who sells Chevy's or the guy who sell s Mercedes?

People buy what they want not what they need!!!

Russians want cell phone, besides their economy is booming right now, I wish Putin was our dictator

13% tax rate, tax credits for OIL companies who sink more wells!!!

The guy is a capitalistic PIG, I love him, Karl Marx HATES him.

Dont get me wrong I like Cramer I just think he's mistaken about this one.
