ROIC of 17%, growth rate over 22%, last quarter YoY revenues up 4.5%, earnings -52% due to a one time charge (a measure of projection credibility and in this case risk.), debt/equity a very low 5% (important when rates are rising), 11% averare "surprise" rate (company tends to under promise and over deliver), current price about 60% of my fair value calculation, 1 year target of $52. PEG is under 1, suggesting undervalued for a growth stock like this. Technically, it is rising parallel to and above its 20 day moving average which is in a steep climb.





The technology of mixed analog and digital IC design is both very difficult (a moat) but also competitive as several competent outfits compete in this space. There is some aggressive move by a shareholder to increase the stock value which is raising a hint of takeover, probably putting more upward bias than the 1Q earnings drag. needs to be watched closely.

Cheap and with power efficiency such a growing problem they are positioned to grow big.

Good pipeline. Worked through inventory issues...decent ROE. Decent price.

No debt for this semiconductor manufacturer.

Since turning profitable in '03 the percent of Pre-tax Profit on Sales has steadily risen, as well as the percent earned on equity.

Needless to say, earnings has grown as well as sales.

If looking to get in, you may want a slight pull back to the high single digits.
