MDC is in some of the worst bubble markets. However, the builders that are going bankrupt the fastest are in the worst bubble markets. MDC is going to come out of this much stronger and better positioned.

I feel that the American stimulus plan helping the home-buyers will turn things around. Besides, this company continues to be a dividend stock with significant amount of institutional holding.
