Avoiding risks is essential to companies these days in order to avoid litigation and reputational risk (which can be more costly than litigation sometimes). Thus they hire companies like MG to to test their risky assets (pipelines etc). Outsourcing this to MG is better than doing the testing in-house for liability reasons. More pipelines are being built and thus the market is expanding.
