Actually in at $2.65.
I have a small position for now, but will wait and watch to see how things play out for them.
These "opportunistic" lawsuits have caused a big price drop, so I decided to stick my toe in the water.
If the sale of their Eagle Ford properties goes through (and I have no reason to think it won't), their balance sheet and cash position should look a lot different.
I think this is a "panic overshoot" and an opportunity to take a position for good potential longer term growth.
Of course, anything can happen, so do your own DD and don't bet the farm on it.
JMO and worth exactly what I am charging for it.

Huge holdings in US shale production of gas and oil. 50% ownership of producing wells for cash flow. Several producing wells to come on line late 2013 and early 2014. 80% revenue gain est in 2013.

The downward price action of MHR over the last several weeks, since announcing the additional 35,000,000 shares, appears to be fueled by massive short selling. I haven't seen any numbers, but it continues to be smacked back down after any kind of rally. Eventually investors will come to see the value of MHR and the shorts will be on the run to cover. I see MHR back over $6 by August.

dropped a few bucks after announcing $5.50 share offering...worth much more.

Just beginning to see results from their exploration into the better shale regions, including the Eagle Ford, Marcellus, Utica, and Bakken shales. It seems each quarter they must up their production rate forcasts. Currently their stock is under-valued compared to their reserves, but as time goes on and investors discover MHR, I don't expect that to continue for long.
Recs
Sig reserves in the Marcellus/Eagle Ford/Williston Basin now being realized.
