Very good cash base although I'm a bit concerned with the recent mgmt turnover. Overall they seem to be pretty solid in their investments and strategies. I'll see what they do in the M&A space in the next couple months and perhaps pick up a few shares.

Fantastic management, pay structure, and proven (mini-Berkshire) business strategy. Love this as a long term play, just bought 10 shares for the IRA.
