Your time frame - A guideline for other members to see whether your thinking is short or long-term. Time frame is also used to calculate the stock rating, but is not used in the scoring of your pick.

Your pitch - Here's your chance to offer more detailed thoughts, analysis, concerns, or the rationale behind your call. The pitch is optional and may be added later.

Each time you rate a stock, CAPS updates the community intelligence for the company, which may or may not change its CAPS rating. For more information, visit the Help tab at the top of the page.

dividend, price is down. Outlook is negative - contrarian.

I like energy now since I think oil is staying high.

I simply used the screener to find all of the 5 star stocks with the greatest 52-week losses. 5 stars should make them good picks and the high 52-week loss should make them cheap. We’ll see how it works!

In the right place at the right time with an excellent dividend yield. I also like the fertilizer play of this stock too.

The reason I am investing in them is the sulfur business. Although it is only 17% of their revenue, it is 32% of their profit. I believe it will get stronger.

Sulfur is necessary to make sulfuric acid, which is notably used to make phosphoric acid (fertilizer raw material) and leaching copper ore. Both of these businesses are booming, and I think Martin is in a good position with the raw material and infrastructure to benefit from any shortages.
