I love Marathon, check it out,I just don't see how I could ever go wrong at this price (mid 20's) Don't fool yourself into thinking gas prices will be less than 2 dollars a gallon for long, the economy will get hot again and Marathon will double in… More

Yes, MRO caught a downgrade so I cashed in and am still shorting energy. Wrong and stubborn so far on that latter sector bet (though the last few days have been an eensy consolation prize). Still, current prices and spreads strike me as unsustainable… More

Relatively small player in a huge gloabl market. MRO looks cheap on P/E, balance sheet, and cash flow. Will be bought out by a larger player when prices rise.
