The cure for AIDS is yet to come. Part of this is the virus replicates its RNA in every victim so fast that scientists can't keep up. One of the results of the disease is appearance of wasting away in the face. Medicis has defeloped a product specifically for this to eliminate the appearance, not cure it. Hollywood has gotten on the ban wagon and is using it because the product lasts longer than other fillers. But even in the most capable hands, the results can look strange if not properly executed.
