Stand clear of the closing doors - this one goes to zero!

New CEO with global market experience in Billion Dollar Industry. Will bring that experience to a fairly new market to a company positioned to explode in its industry. The new CEO is not afraid to cut costs to benefit its shareholders and associates. Winner of a patent lawsuit against other company that will bring fear those attempting to do the same. Company resilience through lawsuits with no wrongdoing. Even though it uses a Networking Marketing Model, it seems other companies are doing the same and with the economy drawing others to view network marketing companies as a way to get products at a discount or income opportunity, I see Mannatech at the forefront in its class of wellness and business opportunity.

If they do not settle the Lawsuit with Glycobiotics before the final ruling comes down they are going to tank big time. The jury has already returned that there was and is no infringement on the Mannatech patent by this comapany. If MTEX decides not to settle and allows this ruling to stand it will pave the way for the hundreds of non MLM glyconutrient companies to openly market without fear of MTEX. That will spell problems for MTEX. If you own this stock I would watch very carefully what they do next week.

Alright I can't remember if the lawsuit was over or almost over but either way I hear Mannatech is winning or won and they should its over the right of free speech after all. plus they have done nothing worse then any late night info-commercial. Also I believe in this stock and company. As in the answer to better health is in the land not what we make in a lab. OK time for the bottom line MTEX should see a jump to $10-$15 after the lawsuit and if it does well it should get back to its all time high of $40 so this stock is cheap

ROIC high, no debt, at support level, good room to grow 20% in next 2 months.

no debt, clean balance sheet, they will still sell their snake oil regardless of economy.

Look for the rebound.

This company has been sold off lately due to a lawsuit about avertising its products as doing more then they are capable of. While this may move the share price still lower over the next several months, the company is taking steps to ensure that all products are advertised correctly, including firing a top sales person. The fundamentals of this company while strong and robust, will be hurt for the next quarter or so as the company takes returns from people who wish to return these products. But it should emerg wiser, stronger, and ready to continue robust growth.

Slowing sales is poison for mlm organizations. In that type of structure slowing sales means an exponential decrease in recruiting. I also expect the troubles with the AG to worsen.

This is one of my favorites.For $7 a share and it pays 5.11 yield and .09 div.For the price thats more than any stock I've seen.Its a strong Company too that instead of fireing people,Its hireing people,and I play it every year because it always makes me cash It was my first stock to ever play and a very strong Company that has made it through alot of stuff,and still grows bigger every year.

I have been wanting this company forever,and thanks to 20/20 I got it give to me for $7.79 and check out the yield and scottrade don't have it on the pay 40 percent extra to keep it list,Not Yet anyway

This stock should be in the $30.00 range right now. However with the legal woes facing this company, I would not expect any good news any time soon!
