Shorting fixed income is an easy way to beat the S&P 500 WHEN the S&P does well, but it is an equally awful way to under perform when the S&P does poorly. As a side note I'm interested in the Supreme Court Ruling on the tax ability of State Municipal Bonds.

This will be a great tax-free muni (4.8%)until interest rates begin to rise again. In any case, NCA will underperform the S&P unless the S&P crashes.
