Re-adding coal on the dip. This one is a spec play but will probably follow the sector back up.

Intermediate dip, long-term outperform. Buy on the pullback, buckle in for a few bumps, enjoy the payoff in the end.

Coal prices continue to rise. Revenue continues to increase.

Don't fight the speculative herd....at least not while the bubble is still expanding:)

Coal companies will soon find the demand driving their inventories into a new stratosphere. Well managed companies will outperform the market without much effort.

From a person who had the opportunity to visit a coal mine in Tenn. I would not suggest this job to anyone. It is cold and wet and dangerous in these sites. But since it is a resource that we as a people need, I do not see the demand of if decreasing. with the government trying to create the "Clean Coal" campgain I hope that this will help to generate more of a attraction to the industry. This stock will rise

Earnings and guidance should come out strong and give the stock some new momentum. Stock should easily break through $6 in the next month or two.
Since they have sold most of their 2008 production, they have some insulation to coal prices in general. On this point however, I believe coal remains a great long term play given the global demand dynamics. NCOC is not my coal play, but a company specific play.
