I came across this one while looking for 5-star CAPS stocks with a recent price beatdown for whatever reason. I like the prospects of the company, but I think the risk is abundant. If you believe in the growing chinese middle class, though, this one seems like a good buy at this price.

Playing on-line games in China is a modern phenomenon, as is true in South Korea and other Asian countries. It's what the mass number of kids like to do, and the growth is incredible. This company cashes in on this. Licenses the best games in the world for play in China, does not invest massive sums to create new games. Good momentum here.

Stock price decline should only be temporary as last quarters mnumbers simply reflected a normal seasonal slow down. The growth picture is intact just as it is for most Chinese internet companies. There would seem to be plenty of upside from the current price and a good chance of a relatively short term rebound to previous highs. They have a deep pipeline of games and the most popular online game in the world driving profits now.
