Natural Gas is at a bargain price that won't last. Even in a slowing economy; you have to heat your house. Dividend Yield, book value, P/E, growth potential, solid management are all screaming buy ME (NGLS)... Best buy in this market..

My target for Targa Resources P is 36.69. I used my new method for determining a fair P/E (based on G and K). The growth factor was extracted from the PEG found on the web. K was 10%. I hope it works!

Reasonably well hedged, distribution looks secure for 2009 with low risk of debt covenant violations. I am betting on a commodity rebound later this year and this will do very well if that happens.
