Solid income in a large, growing microeconomy--i.e. health care. Also a way of investing in health care growth without pitfalls and volatility of impending health care nationalization, if you think that congress could ever get behind that sort of thing in a unified fashion.

This company combines two of my favorite sectors; is undervalued at this time. Primarily focused on health-care related real-estate and financing, this company is a good bet for the next few years as nursing home and medical office space fills and demand continues to climb due to the baby boomers aging.
