Ok what the hell happened and why did I green thumb this?
Recs
under-priced, especially for a growth stock

This great company recently signed deals with both China Mobile and China Telecom. These deals will really boost earnings and help propel NIV to trade at their true market value which will mean a rise of 200% over the next year to two.

Fundamentals- amazing
Risks- China's fraud on balance sheets

This company is well known in Asian country and traded very low and, North Americans are not recognizing this small stock.
I think it will go much higher from this level.

The recent Marcial article (and the accompanying stock price pop) notwithstanding, this company has a miserable image in China. Read the Chinese message boards and you'll find they have huge employee turnover and an ugly reputation for not paying their people or suppliers on time -- or at all.

Seems there is major support in the $2 area and it will now begin another leg upwards. This is in my opinion a great entry point as I don't think it will visit $2 ever again.

NIV will continue to suffer until the market regains trust of Chinese RTOs. Longterm potential upside of this one is huge.

Growing, low P/E, can't go dow, so must go up.
Recs
nowhere to go but up

Get in @2.59 this morning.
This is a undervalued stock. If it pull back to between $2.30 and $2.40, I will add to my position. Beyond that, it is not likely.

Fear abides in this stock, though I do not think it has any bases of truth. Mr. Market has lost its way and forgotten the path to performance. value, growth, and innovation is the path and nivs paves the way!!!

This is a brief outline how and why I selected NIV to outperform:
(1) I am starting by following "Top Fools", a principle one of which is UltraLong. He selected NIV to outperform on 5.14.10 at $2.60.
(2) NIV has maintained an extremely consistent floor at $2 since its IPO in March 2009 and is (was) essentially at its floor now ($2.09).
(3) NIV peaks at $4 historically and is over $2.5 literally every month but one, July 2010.
(4) NIV is very solid and grown at a rate near 100% year over year, expected to grow further but has a P/E ratio of only 3.14.
(5) NIV has brand name recognition.
(6) NIV just completed a new four line factory for their new 3G mobile phone contracts with China Mobile and China Unicom, and flat panel TV production.
(7) NIV is apparently serious about R&D and developing speech interaction technology.
(8) It still unclear what exactly has been causing NIV to drop and stay down, however it appears to be a secondary offering that was initiated on April 19, 2010.
In short, NIV at near $2 is perhaps one of the most obvious investments imaginable at the moment. It only has upside and that is at least 20% and perhaps 100%.

Don't know what the long run has in store for this one, but I only see this going up in the immediate to near future. This one is kind of a head scratcher to me. I haven't seen many stocks in this day and age that just seem to be "too good to be true", but here one is. Consistent growth, a PE of 2.97 (In the technology sector, I might add) and an EPS of around .67$, you're buying at around 1.30$ for a stock that is agreed to be actually valued at 6$. I don't believe in a guaranteed 3-bagger, but this one has the looks. My only question is why other people haven't got onto this one yet. Maybe someone has some recent news-?

Great company, way undervalued.
