dang, growth every quarter that would make most

companies happy in 2 years

And p/e of 4

Seems too good to be true

Greek company with no SEC reports last 3 years (at least

on CAPS) . Its web site says it is on NYSE now.

I guess it's for real?

Dry Bulk shipper that is most undervalued compared to its competitors. Shippers are due for a big rebound this year and Navios Maritime is positioned well for growth. Fantastic opportunity to be bullish on the commodities market with a shipper poised for growth. NM also has youngest fleet out there, positioning itself well for the long-haul.

Navios has securred three charters for ships that have not been delivered yet. These early charters reflect stability and future revenues. Although the expanded fleet will not be ready till late 2008-2009 the anticipation is expected to influence the stock price sooner.

demand for dry bulk commodities will continue to grow in china despite the talk of slow down in china and india as well. they have no other way to get it. copper, iron or, coal and other dry bulk products to process and manufacturer. Are there too many ships out there chasing the same money, and how big is the pot. Can the dryship carriers continue to drive revenue and profits at these currnent levels and bring home the bacon....i mean stock price appreciation. I think so

I think the entire shipping sector is due for a rebound, especially with all of the raw material and natural resource needs of countries such as India and China.

Also, over 20% of NM shares are currently held by insiders. I also feel that NM has more upside potential then most of it's rivals.

Currently, NM is paying almost a 4 % divdend. Their stated startegy is to pursue growth and they are well positioned and balanced quite well and has many strategic advantages over others.

The NM management is pretty smart and I like that they own and operate the S. American Terminal Port operations and river logistics. Also there are rumors of Dubai's interest in NM.

I am certainly not an expert in the shipping business. However, I don't think it takes an expert to see that international trade is growing by leaps and bounds. (Think China imports for a moment). The biggest challenge to international trade may well be the ability to secure cargo ships and port access. Rather than picking companies that are going to do well in international trade, I'm taking the picks and shovels approach. I may or may not be smart enough to see which Chinese company is going to do well selling products or services around the globe, because surely there will be winners and losers. However, one thing is clear, whichever companies succeed, they are going to need cargo ships to get their product around the world. Just mho, I can't see anything besides increasing demand in shipping for the foreseeable future. As economies grow, and trade barriers diminish, shipping will only increase.
