This has everything I like about a company...and I just bought some today, with REAL MONEY!!! :-)

300M of market cap, with a lot of room for growth...with the democratization of internet bandwidht more and more people will watch online porn...well...or, less stop predicting the future and lets look at the present.

1. Return on Invested Capital is higher than 100% / Pre tax earnings yield was 10%
2. Insiders and major holders own 20% of it
3. CEO, Chairman and so on, don't take much compensation on salary and stock options, less than 3 million for them together. Company distributes porn but It's no Enron orgy over here :-)
4. Institutionals validate the stock showing interest as they own a big portion of it too.
5. Insiders are buying... you all know what it means.
6. Consistent grown....

It's a value pick on a growth stock, how better could it be ?

Even better, its a Magic Formula (you know...the little book that beats the market ? Greenblatt ? ) :)

Ok ok ...they bought it cheaper, but .... hey, it's a company with cap of 225Million dollars with a large room for growth, and it's the only company of the sort with good numbers and where the management doesnt eat all the profits for themselves.

This company should continue to grow at least for the near term. The management is not tops, but the buyot potential is obviously there. I think that the future of internet video downloads is going to play a big part in this company. Even though they currently do not get much money from the internet, internet pronography is becoming an increasing share of the porno market. With P2P sites still up and people sharing music and movies over the internet, this industry has probably more to gain than any other. Pornography downloads are huge, probably almost up there with music. If the industries can figure out a way to stop the theft of their content online, that would be a boon to the entertainment industry, but especially for pornography. Imagine how many porn movies are produced, shown a few times and then recorded and shared for free all over the internet. If the industry can get back these customers somehow, possibly with new encrpytion, or I don't know, this company would shoot through the roof. Even still I like Porno :) Bullish
