The entire sector has been battered of late. The company came public at $14, rose to $20, and has now dropped to less than half of the high. Neo has an excellent proprietary technolgy, great management, and a very reasonable balance sheet. Perhaps most importantly, its VC firm (Harris and Harris - TINY) has publicly stated that they have no intention of selling their position after the lockup expires.
