Real estate has been hurt badly, but this company still has reasonable financials, and is heavily undervalued. As a mid-long term pick, it looks excellent.

Mainly depends on their exposure to commercial property in areas where job losses have been the greatest, and if they can avoid foreclosure losses people will flock to this for the div, but do not expect the '07 highs. Closer to the $8 range.
