Small regional telco will face little to no wireless or cable competition in a fairly stable area. Can continue to grow market presence while its larger competitors are trying to shore up their prime markets.

Solid company in a good market. Its teaming with Sprint will help it take the next step.

Small Telecom stock that dominates its local markert. Eeeexpect it to go up based on its pairing with Sprint.
