This company has one product that is not selling well.
The stock is trading at ~11x sales (declining sales at that). And, despite the recent cost cutting, SG&A still runs about 2.5x sales. They will need a SEVERE sales spike in order to achieve profitability.
Also, at their current burn rate, they will be out of cash by the end of 2007.
Basically, not sure why they have bumped back up over the last three months, but this is as close to a guarantee you can get for a short pick.

The only sell one druge, Bidil, which is a combination of two genric drugs in one pill. They forecasted sales last year of 20 Million, but resulting sales were only 8.6 Million.

This is another worthless pharmaceutical company.
