Targeting men and seniors - untapped demographics in the dieting game. Convienience of food delivered to door and online or phone counseling. Low subscription price. This company is innovative among dieting companies, and they have recently expanded marketing.

As you have no doubt heard, Americans are getting heavier by the day. While motivation comes and goes, we all decide it's time to diet sooner or later. It is a lot of work to keep track of nutritional content contained in the things we buy or eat at restaurants, yet that is largely what you need to do. Nutrisystem gets around this by creating pre-packaged meals with fixed nutritional values. Pay a single price, pick from their array of foods and eat them and you will lose weight. The average client lasts only 3 months, but their customer aquisition costs are low and dropping, while the male market is picking up due to their male focused diet plan offering. And if they succeeded for those 3 months, clients are likely to return when they need another period of weight loss. This stock has been on a steady climb for a long time now.

No real compelling story, but stock may be undervalued. A chance to check my pre-shorting strategy.

Looking for post-holiday guilt to drive this one back up. I think the drop due to a lower than expected increase in web traffic was an overreaction. Things should pick up over the next few months.

Great run company with Marino pitching Ads and New Years resolutions just around the corner. This company will strongly outperform during the next 4-6 months.

As of today December 1, 2006, NTRI closed above 70. This is the highest close since July 24th. More interesting is the the fact that the pattern since July 24th to Dec 1st is a cup and handle. During that period the company has continued to expand upon revenues and earnings, continuing to beat expectations and analysts are contining to increase expectations as well. The short postion is 42% of the float at 13 million shares. So we have technicals and fundamentals that are positive and a huge short position to help fuel a breakout and rise. Based on both fundamentals and the cup and handle position, I would say this puppy has a 4 month target potential of around 95 to 100 per share. The trend line on the DOW since July is intact and looks like it is poised to potentially breakout another 350 points in the short term (consolidations breakout both ways so the 350 points has potential to go either way - but the trend is bullish and the reversal yesterday shows the bears just do not seem to have the fortiture to take control of this market at the present time-so a breakout to the upside is the more likely scenario). Look at the triangle consolidation taking place at the high of the bullish trend line. All of this is just my conjecture and you should do your own due diligence.

The company is extremely undervalued given its growth rates and untapped market potential. The heavy short interest in the stock (44%) will have to be covered and will lead to a significant pop in the stock at the next earnings report or update in management's guidance.

With so much growth this was a hard pick for me to "swallow". (Grin) Seriously though, if they can get the beer gut buy in the Lazy Boy to eat it at his wife's urging - the next target market potential would be HUGE! Ok, enough with the fat jokes. A high risk pick for me. I don't like TV dinners - heck I don't watch TV. (Weird?)

Low P/E compared to earnings growth. No debt. Lots of insider ownership. Huge revenue and earnings growth. Aggressive marketing. A simple-to-buy, -use, and -understand product at a decent price. On sale now. Back the truck up.
