Just buy it and lock it in a box!! Painful to watch this jewel bleed all that cash, but Natuzzi's not much different than other furniture producers, except for the fact they almost carry no debt. Hoping the management swap will see more production shifted to cheaper labor markets. Definitely will suffer for a year or two, but waiting to see it explode as tastes for quality European furniture, spas and accessories reawaken (of course they will). Hoping for an AVERAGE 15%+ return within 5-7 years!

I thing this is a one of the best furniture makers in the world. On financial side: good revenue growth and gross margin relative to its pairs. Low PE of 13, no debt and positive cash flow and is trading 5.8 times EBITDA. TPX is also very good but has too much debt and is trading 7 times EBITDA.

The issue here is competition and cost, the former cannot be dealt with but te latter resolved. The issue here is that by nature the business is competitive but not irrecoverable.
