I don't recommend a lot of large caps in CAPs since that world is already well covered by talented analysts, but Novartis looks attractive to me on both a fundamental and technical basis at current price.

After a good run in the past couple months, NVS looks poised to underperform the S&P. Not that I think its going to take a fall, more so that the S&P will be playing catchup for the next couple of months while NVS hangs around somewhat.

I bought this one back in April and am very satisfied with the growth. This one is a long term investment with a strong reputation in the biotech industry.

There's always a need for pharmaceuticals and this one at PE 14 looks like a good deal.
