1) Hedge against a weaking US dollar
2) Years of patent protection remaining on major products
3) Fantastic product pipeline
4) Health care sector should be huge over the coming decade as baby-boom generation hit retirement age
5) Revenue from many different products, not reliant on one product. For example Pfizer is extremely reliant on continued success of Lipitor as it comprise about 25% of total revenues.
6) Excellent generic drug division to help draw out the revenue from products reaching patent expiration
7) Consistenly grows in excess of 10% and has track record of increasing yearly dividend
