Small cheap and under-followed.

NW Pipe should benefit from the Stimulus Infra-structure spending, which is only at 6% spent as of this date. So the bulk of this money is yet to be used and NW Pipe is well positioned to benefit.

Looking for some major infrastructure improvements over the next few years.

Same as my aste pick . Nwpx is in a very good position to capitalize on the deteriorating underground pipes in the U.S. .

This is a pure infrasture play. The US desperatly needs infrastucture improvements from bridges, to railroads, to roads, to pipes, and water supply. Its not a question of if it will come, but rather a question of when. The municipalities are out of money now, but the funding will get there eventually. Next presidential term will be forced to address this issue.
