Summer is always a dry time, but this one has been particularly bad for NWY, and I seeit as an opportunity to get a bargain ...More

New York & Co is competing in the tough fashion industry. It is going through an expensive storefront rennovation and while it's fall line has been well received, it remains to be seen whether this will translate into profits.

I found New York & Company after my wife wanted to buy a retail company. She found New York & Company, Inc. and after my due diligence I found it as a sound investment. Before I gave her my approval I told her to desribe the company in one sentence. This is what she said without hesitation, "New York & Company, Inc appeals to the everyday working class woman." For that I told her it is a sound investment. By me doing that I believe she was able to create her own value for the company. While the volatility had her on edge she remained steadfast on her expecttation of NWY. Now she is sitting on a 95% gain and proud of her very first investment. So, here's a small cap with a good financial outlook. a great game plan, a market for the girls, and it's Summertime. What's the last part of the puzzle? Women love to shop when things are looking down, even if they shouldn't! Really, here's a good company at a bargain price and everything about them, tells me to buy!
