I got spooked about inflation again - maybe I listen to too many analysts for my own good. Anyway, I bought another gold miner. I have 10% in physical gold & silver in my possession and two miner's stocks. I'm invested in nickel, oil & gas and coal as tangible assests to offset inflation. Frankly, its been a long wait without much reward so far. The dollar keeps springing back so I keep my savings at money market interest. Which is to say, its liquid and FDIC protected but not earning anything.

I just have to add some more gold as I watch the spot price continue to climb toward $1000/oz. The price of physical gold just crossed over the $1000 mark yesterday and while I haven't added much of that recently (I keep expecting a pullback) I feel I just have to make a move now or miss the boat.
