As the baby boomer approach the age that kidneys fail, they will be looking for a convenient way to dialyze. They will not want to spend 3 days in-center.
NXTM just received approval for their home dialysis system from UHC and Aetna. They have appealed to Medicarem (2013 proposed rule) to increase funding for Home HD which has proven to be less costly with a decreased risk of mortality and increased opportunity for transplant. No brainer!

people have seemed to forget about the potential of this company. While NXTM got of to a hot start initially, the stock has been trending downwards. I'm betting that a couple good earnings reports send NXTM through the roof.

Having to frequently go to the hospital for dialysis is a huge hassle for patients with kidney problems. I expect the demand for NXTM's "at home" dialysis" machine to continue to grow.

The advent of home dialysis represents a significant improvement in medical effectiveness as well as quality of life. This company makes the devices that allow this to occur. They are at an early stage, having barely scratched the surface of the potential market. With kidney failure on the rise along with the aging population the prospect of rapid growth for a number of years makes this an attractive investment

A rule breaking work horse. Increases customer convinience while decreaseing costs. As health care institutions become more responsible for health care costs (Obama refort) the need for NXTM will only increase. They are on the eve of profitability, and I don't want to miss out.
