good stock nys just approved them to build a casino in the catskills. they have applied for funding and just waiting on capitol hill approval. its at a low and a good buy

this stock as well has hit its low. the nys legislature has approved a bill allowing this company to build a casio with video lottery terminals in the Catskills. the company has applied to get funding for the project and once it passes in DC on capital hill, this stock is going to fly. now is the best time to get in.

Everything hinges on their Monticello casino getting done. The governor, Spritzer, wants it, the politician's want it and the residents want it. I think it could really revitalize the Catskill region. Only some obstuctionist environmental groups are standing in the way. They've already gotten all the environmental go aheads so it won't be long before the courts recognize the frivolity of all the litigation.

This will be the only casino in the catskills.The only obstacle right now is our new governor.The good news is he is for reviving the Catskill region and sullivan county is primarily demacratic.
