Everyone needs a new roof every few years and nat gas will probably make insulation more valuable. Litigation is over for a while, now its time to pick up shares while the lenders are selling their stock. Negative is the heavy reliance on new housing.

This stock had been beaten down by lawsuits and a multi year bankruptcy. Now that it has emerged and is virtually "un-sue-able" it has nowhere to go but up. Insiders have been lining up to buy shares.

Out of bankrupcy in a sector which has been beaten down lately (building) provides great opportunity. I have owned this stock immediately after it came out of the bankrupcy. Wanted to include in the CAPS at that time, but did not find it listed here then.
