A local bank with a pretty decent balance sheet, good P/E ratio and decent dividend yield. The company's EPS was off by 50% this quarter, yet that seems to all come from buying back preferred shares issued to the fed under TARP. In my opinion, these one time losses are causing the market to undervalue the company.
