This met a high level screen to indicate a buy and strong outperform against its peers (other tickers in its industry). My 1st version of this spreadsheet devles deep into the company's balnace sheet and recent income statements, combined with other relevant price data for the company including insider/institutional holdings, short interest, debt levels, etc.
Testing capabilities of this 1st version of my automated, valuation spreadhseet matched with my personal criteria and see how it holds up.

a subprime mortgage servicer that is worth 3/4 of a billion, doesnt pay a dividend. There is nothing sexy about being a financial janitor in a dying sector. Normally you have to pay a dividend to have investors stick around. This will be a quiet death along the lines of CIT.

Downward fall iminent, historically cannot maintain it's high values for more than a couple months. The S&P I hope will normalize (rise) at the same time that OCN takes a tumble.

Company management is incompetent.
Strategy and directive does not use or develop automation, model is to increase staff in India to address problems with no success. Staff in India does not have much knowledge and is learning on the job
Recent purchase of NCI which was close to bankruptcy will not improve performance.
Erbey needs to be voted out.

This company is a Titanic.

You have got to be kidding me...a 9 rating????

This company is one of the worst examples of predatory lending there ever was! They are currently facing over 500 class action lawsuit's, previous employee's are suieing, and so is the Federal Government, to the tune of 325mil! This company is destined to implode! Anyone foolish enough to rate this company with more than a negeative should be shot!

This company is one of the most amoral companies that I have found...Profit before People..They moved their call center to Mombi India to avoid Federal Trade Commission rules reguarding debt collection procedures.

low cost hard money loan service, they call from India and repo asap when not paid. They will make more money in a housing ression.
