I think this is a more reasonable price than what was presented even just a few weeks ago.

Admirably handling one tough situation after another, this small prepared foods manufacturer knows what to do with a profit. Consistently just hammering away at long-term debt...the financial strength outlook is bright whether the cash later moves to pay dividends or provide efficient capital for growth.

This company is well run for a very small business. Their products are great and earnings were very nice. They got their act together finally!

Overhill Farms Inc (OFI) has been getting their act together for several years. They have cleaned up their balance sheet, managed the transition from Airlines being such a large component of their business and developed solid customer relations in their business (prepared frozen foods). They are currently expanding their plant as it is reaching capacity while exceeding analysts expectations and are under valued compared to the their intrinsic value.
