A healthcare facilities REIT. Given demographics things look good for this one. Besides a 6% dividend yield can't be all that bad!

This one is for income as well as future growth. A REIT that is invested in over 225 healthcare facilities in 27 states. It provides lease or mortgage financing to operators of skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation and acute care facilities. Current dividend is about 6.5%
