with P/E of 2-3 and expanding capacity - this is either the fraud Muddy Waters claimed (seems doubtful) or will be selling at 1X earnings in a couple of years (also doubtful).

May well do well if it grows into a giant in the paper industry in China.

Orient Paper, Inc. went public via a reverse merger in 2007. The company is based in China.

I hate stock market mainipulators.
I think this is a real company and in the long term the market will realign with earnings.

Fraud by so called research firm?

ONP's 10k will be released in the upcoming weeks reflecting another strong yoy performance in nearly every category including total revenue, net income, and eps. Furthermore, its guidance for FY2011 will be both positive and strong. Investor confidence in the company's strong performance should be reflected in a higher P/E and greater market price.

With the Loeb and Loeb and Top-5 accounting firm shooting down the report, I am not sure that there is much to say other than that short selling cabal does sometimes get it wrong. This can especially be the case when there is some resistance before they get it right for a time.

While there may be some later hell to pay for the mismatched filings, that hell to pay looks more likely to be taxes owed to the Chinese government.

if numbers are real on eps and projected eps, thumbs up

Are you kidding me? Talk about oversold, decreased revenue because of temporary reasons that will help ONP in the long term and the stock drops almost 30% in a day. The fundamentals are still sound and demand for paper continues to increase at a rapid pace. This stock is going back to 10 dollars by this time next year. If I had extra cash I would snap this thing up as fast as I could.
