1word..Carfilzomib. Showing very positive results in phase 2 trials. My wife is in a trial for multiple myaloma. Looks like a home run for this drug like thalidamide was for Celgene.

Promising cancer drugs that target blood vessel growth in tumors. It already has Nexavar which is a proven drug. It also has more drugs in the pipeline. Could also be takeover target eventually.
